God’s Word, Alive! is pleased to announce the 2017 11-week study of the Book of Revelation!

Many have shunned the Book of Revelation -for one reason or another. They say: “It’s too difficult to understand!” … “It’s scary!” … “There are too many interpretations!” Although there may be some validity to these reasons, God nevertheless has included Revelation in His sacred Word and it is our responsibility to read and to study it; knowing that He has graciously provided His Spirit to lead and to guide us into truth.

Last year, we studied the first thirteen chapters of the Revelation of Jesus Christ. We saw how John was in the Spirit on the Lord’s Day. How he beheld Jesus glorified; the Church age; the “catching away” of the Church, and then, the Day of Wrath. When our session ended, we had made it through Revelation chapter 13; which brought us to the midpoint of the Tribulation Period.

In this year’s study, our focus will be on the remainder of the book; Chapters 14-22. We will continue from the midpoint of the Tribulation Period and the reign of the Antichrist, to the Second Coming of the Lord Jesus Christ … and beyond!

But first, I will be giving a review of Revelation Chapters 1-13. The review will be beneficial to all of us. But, especially helpful for those who have never studied the Revelation. And, also for those who are joining us in the 2017 Revelation session who were not with us in 2016. Whether you are a new Believer and just starting to read your Bible or whether you are a more seasoned-Christian and have read your Bible for many years, this study will be a blessing to you!

There is a one-time $20 registration fee. Registration includes admittance to all sessions (or to as many sessions as you can attend). In addition, you will be provided a copy of all handouts.

This year’s Revelation class series will be held for 11 consecutive Tuesdays; beginning July 11, 2017 through September 19, 2017; from 6:30 p.m. -8:00 p.m. at the UNO Thompson Center, 6705 Dodge St., Omaha, Nebraska.

I look forward to studying with you!
